Terms of Use
A plain-language summary of the agreement between you and The Oak & Ember Society.
Eligibility
Membership is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years old. You confirm your age at registration. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Usernames must be unique and may not impersonate another person or brand.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant the Society a license to display and distribute that content inside the platform. You may edit or delete your own content at any time, subject to moderation records.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Community Standards. Sales of tobacco or alcohol, peer-to-peer product transactions, scraping, automated registrations, and abuse of messaging or reporting tools are prohibited.

Reviews, tasting notes and Learning Room material are educational and reflect member opinion. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Standards. You may close your account at any time.
Changes
We will notify members in-app before material changes to these terms take effect.
